Start Collecting on Your Accounts Receivable with 25 FREE Collection Services on Balances Under $300

Any client that orders the CRA program will receive 25 free collection services on balances under $300. This represents a value of $373.75 (our normal charge for small balances is $14.95 per each account we process). Our $14.95 program makes up to four third party collection demands over a period of 60 days. It is not unusual to collect 12-15 accounts out of 25.

With the Cash Flow Management System/Fixed Fee CRA Plan, you will benefit from collection cost that averages 6% of Invoice (traditional agencies charge 25% on average). The client sets up a Client Retainer Account with Parson-Bishop. This retainer allows the client to submit as many accounts as they wish. As collections are made, Parson-Bishop subtracts its fees from the CRA balance. When the CRA has been consumed, the client replenishes the retainer. Using the Standard Fixed Fee Plan the client does not need to set up a retainer account. Parson-Bishop bills the client for fees as collections are made. Average cost per collection of Standard is 12%.

Parson-Bishop has two basic plans to assist you in controlling your accounts receivable. These include the Cash Flow Management System/Fixed Fee CRA Plan or the Standard Fixed Fee Plan which bills per collection as they are made.
Normal charge for small balances is $14.95 per each account processed. Please note the offer is for 25 collection services on accounts not 25 collections.
